Open a FunctionFox timesheet, then click the Snaptally Exporter icon in your browser toolbar to open the side panel.
Snaptally already turns your messy notes into a clean timesheet. The last step — moving that timesheet into FunctionFox — is still typing. This add-on does that step.
You enter your own Snaptally sync code once. The side panel shows your week. The code is personal — it reaches your sheet, so treat it like a password rather than something to pass around. You tick the entries you want, and it fills Date, Hours and Description into the FunctionFox form and saves each row under the Client, Project and Task you chose.

Nothing is written without your confirmation. The add-on works in your own logged-in tab, and before it writes anything it shows you exactly what is about to happen — which entries, how many hours, and the Client, Project and Task they will be filed under. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and you can cancel at that point with nothing changed.
The add-on runs on two sites and nowhere else: functionfox.com, where it needs to see the timesheet form in order to fill it, and app.snaptally.xyz, where it reads your colour theme so the panel matches the app.
It sends your entries to no one. It talks only to Snaptally's own API to look up the sync code you typed. There is no analytics, no tracking, and nothing is sold. See the Privacy Policy for the full account.
Snaptally is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FunctionFox. FunctionFox has no public API, so the only way to move data in is to fill the form the way a person would. That means if FunctionFox redesigns the timesheet page, field detection may need updating — the panel has a Detect fields button that tells you what it found.
Chrome and Edge for now. A Firefox build is planned. Safari is not — but Snaptally itself works fine in both, and copy-and-paste into FunctionFox works the way it always has.
